Clean BeQuiet daily to prevent the buildup of debris and offensive odors. We recommend the use of an Anti-Bacterial cleaner foam or soap like you would use for any mouth insert. You can add it up to your order in the checkout. Stay away from abrasive cleaners such as mouthwash, dishwashing soap, ammonia, bleach, and other household cleaning products.
