We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items returned in their original packaging. However, we do not issue refunds for items that have been used, opened, worn, or damaged from normal or improper use. If you return an item that is not approved by our team as damaged in transit or defective from the factory, is used, with broken packaging, or is outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to refuse your refund request.
#### 2.2 RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
To initiate a return, email info@getnaturallief.com within 30 days of the delivery date and provide your order number and the reason for the return. No return will be considered if not communicated to info@getnaturallief.com and without the order number indicated on the payment slip. All returns must be approved by our team before sending the product back to us.
Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused to one of our warehouses indicated by us via email.
Include the order number and shipment name in the return package to help us process your return quickly. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not refund shipping costs, therefore will send free of charge any purchased item that was previously damaged.
After receiving your return, it may take up to 10 business days to inspect your item(s). Once we confirm that all returned items are in good condition, please allow up to 40 business days from the date we confirm your refund to process it. If you do not receive your refund after we have confirmed it was processed and successfully refunded, please contact your financial institution.
We do not issue refunds for items that have been used, worn, or damaged by normal use or misuse.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email info@getnaturallief.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will determine if it is eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged by normal use, wear, or misuse.

If you mistakenly purchased a product of a size or dimensions that do not meet your needs, we will send a new product of your chosen size or dimensions, provided we have it in stock and the price is equivalent to your purchase value.
